View letting process page

Once you sign up to use the makeurmove service we will provide you with valuation report.  This will provide information that will allow you to value your property based on rental prices of similar property in your area.  The report will be emailed to you within 24 hours of signing up.

Although we ask you to determine the value that you wish to let your property at we are happy to provide advice and support.  Please contact us at customerservices@makeurmove.co.uk.

We believe that competition is in the best interest of our customers so all of our contracts are multi-agency which means that you can advertise with as many other agents as you like.

If this option is required we will arrange a convenient appointment after instruction to visit your property and take professional high quality photographs and floor plans.

Yes, we provide and install high quality To Let signs for a fixed fee of £19.00 which include our website address and a number for potential buyers to contact us.

We will call and / or email to arrange the viewing date and time between the landlord and potential tenant. Once the viewing is complete we will contact the potential tenant to obtain feedback and upload this to your account page.

We will advertise your property until it is let, up to a maximum of 12 months for property lets.
