To get started choose from either our lowest cost package or our no sale no fee package, add any extra options that you require and sign up online.  During the sign up process you will be able to register and complete the draft property details and property fact finder information. 

If you are unsure which is the right package for you use our saving calculator to work out how much you will save and help you choose the best option.

At this point it is also a good idea to pull together the detailed information on your home including the following

• A general idea of the sale price of your property
• A brief description of your property including the best features
• Details about your utilities providers
• Details of any improvements you have made

Don’t worry if you are not sure about some information we will help you finalise the details after our property visit and during the final consultation call
