Welcome Call

Once you have completed the registration process makeurmove will contact you to confirm the details of your order and provide an overview of the letting process with you.  We will also review the property description with you to ensure that it is right to get the best marketing for your property.  We aim to complete this call within three working hours of receiving your completed registration but during very busy periods this may take slightly longer.

Valuation

If you need help with your property valuation please ask us during the welcome call.  We can provide the following report and discuss with you any questions you may have.

• A Rightmove comparable report showing the rental prices for comparable properties in your area that are currently or have recently been on the market.

Photographs & Floor Plans (Where selected)

This appointment will usually take place within 48 hours of receiving your completed registration and at a specified time convenient for you.  During the appointment we will complete the photographs, the floor plans and confirm the property details provided during the registration process.
In preparation for this visit we have listed below some recommendations in order to make sure your property looks its best for the photographs.  These will be used to present your property to potential buyers and will form their first impressions so it is important that your property looks its best on the day of our visit.

• Tidy and remove any unnecessary items from the rooms to be photographed.  Include work surfaces, floors and any other spaces that can be improved by removal of unnecessary items.
• Clean windows, work surfaces and any appliances that will be visible in the photographs.
• Tidy outdoor and garden areas that will be included in photographs

Once we have completed the photographs and floor plans they will be emailed to you for future use where appropriate.
 

Final Consultation Call

Once we have completed the property visit we will carry out a final consultation call with you to agree the final property details and answer any questions you may still have.  At this stage we will confirm the best days and times to arrange viewings.
