We will take the lead in the negotiations and will work closely with you to ensure you get a good price and a timely completion of the tenancy.  As part of our Free tenant find service we also require that all interested prospective tenants are passed back to us to complete our application and referencing process.  By following this process we are able to provide the following included in our service.   

• We will contact you with regard to all offers within three hours of receipt. 
• We will review each offer with you on the phone and help you to analyse any risk factors
• We will carry out comprehensive tenant referencing and provide reports.
• Where selected we will provide a completed tenancy agreement pack.
