• All offers will be updated to your account and emailed to you within three hours of receipt. 
• We will review each offer with you on the phone and help you to analyse any risk factors
• We will carry out money laundering and ID checks on the buyer.
• We will check the buyers ability to progress the sale and confirm any chain details
• Once an offer has been accepted we will liaise with all relevant parties including solicitors
• We will monitor the survey process and provide regular updates
• We will manage the sales chain through to completion.
