Richard has been a residential landlord for over 10 years and is responsible for founding and developing makeurmove. Richard has significant business development, outsourcing and operations experience gained working for companies such as British Telecom and Amcat. Richard is also an associate lecturer and associate entrepreneur for Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) lecturing on the Innovation, Creativity and Entrepreneurship programme and providing business development and strategy consultancy to businesses in the North West.
Alex has been with makeurmove since 2008 and is responsible for developing and managing our operational capability. Alex brings a combination of operational experience in conveyancing and management experience in the hospitality sector. Alex is qualified in the National Federation of Property Professionals (NFOPP) technical award in residential letting and property management.
Asa recently graduated from MMU with 2:1 degree in Business. During university he was president of SIFE and also MD of his own start up business greenfly books which won the MMU Young Enterprise award in 2009. Asa is responsible for managing the day to day interactions with our customers online and over the phone.
Simon recently graduated from Durham University with a Masters degree in Philosophy. He has retail customer service team leader experience and manages relationships with landlords and tenants on a daily basis for makeurmove.
Dean has significant corporate experience in companies such as British Telecom, primarily in the IT sales sector. He is also a portfolio landlord and now makes his living as a full time landlord.
Brendan has significant experience both as a BT executive and in his current role as a Board Director of dabs.com. Brendan is also a portfolio landlord with experience of the professional, student and holiday letting markets.
