makeurmove is part of the revolution in property sales and letting. Through the use of technology and strong internet marketing we are able to bring you letting service at a fraction of the cost.
The main difference is that we will ask you to conduct your own viewings and in return you can save £100’s on the cost of renting your property. As you would expect from a traditional letting agent we also provide all of the key services required to let your property including.
Savings are typically in the region of £400 - £600 against the usual letting agent fee of around one month’s rent depending on the service chosen.

Although we ask you to determine the value that you wish to let your property at we are happy to provide advice and support. Please contact us at letting@makeurmove.co.uk and we can provide you with a Rightmove comparable report and talk you through the valuation process.
We believe that competition is in the best interest of our customers so all of our contracts are multi-agency which means that you can advertise with as many other agents as you like.
This service is available free with our premium let package or for £85.00 + VAT with any other package. If this option is required we will arrange a convenient appointment after instruction to visit your property and take professional high quality photographs and floor plans.
This service is available for a fee of £25.00 + VAT. We provide and install high quality To Let signs which include our website address and a number for potential buyers to contact us.
We offer three tenant find services. Free to Landlords (No Fee) This service is free to landlords and includes comprehensive tenant referencing. With this service we take a fee from the tenants to include all processing and referencing. Basic Marketing (£49 + VAT) There is a one off fee of £49 + VAT which covers all marketing until the property is let, there are no further charges and no fees to tenants with this option. Referencing is not included but can be purchased separately Premium Let (£249 + VAT) There is a fee of £49 + VAT on instruction and a further fee of £200 + VAT which is taken from the 1st month’s rent on completion of a successful let. This service includes a property visit to produce the description and take photos, accompanied viewings and property check in at the start of the tenancy.
For both the free to landlords and basic marketing services we will call and / or email to arrange the viewing date and time between the landlord and potential tenant. Once the viewing is complete we will contact the potential tenant to obtain feedback and upload this to your account page. Viewings are accompanied and managed by makeurmove on the premium let service.
We will advertise your property until it is let, up to a maximum of 12 months.
You can upload photos directly into your account during the registration process, by editing a property or we can add them for you by emailing letting@makeurmove.co.uk
Through our extensive online marketing and our network of associates we can provide a service across the whole of the UK.
