During the final consultation call we will confirm your preferences and availability for viewing appointments.  

• Once we have a viewing request from a potential buyer we will aim to confirm this for your preferred date and time slots
• We will contact you by telephone to confirm the exact viewing appointment and follow this up with an email. 
• On the day of the viewing we will contact both parties again to confirm that the viewing times are still convenient.
• Where possible we will try to book viewings in 15 minutes slots around similar times in order to minimise the disruption of managing multiple viewings.
• Once a viewing has been completed we will contact the potential buyer within three working hours to obtain feedback
• We will update your account online with this feedback.  (This can also be provided via email or over the phone according to your preferences.)
