Shortlisted in the Prolific North Tech Awards 2020

January 9th 2019 saw us launch our new subscription service The Good Landlord aimed at helping landlords and tenants connect directly and manage their letting agreement using an super efficient and fully compliant platform.

The service starts at just £15 per month per property and allows landlords to manage every aspect of their let themselves, but it doesn't stop there. Landlords can store their important documents and share them with tenants, set reminders for safety certificates, notify all their utility companies of a change, renew tenancies in a few clicks, manage their rent collection and so much more.

Tenants can now create profiles, set up alerts, arrange appointments, make applications, complete references, sign their documents, access important documents, set up utilities, media and broadband, renew their tenancies. 2020 will see us add even more features for tenants to help them with them moving process itself and we don't charge any fees to tenants to access any of this.

The work doesn't stop here though, we already have some exciting updates coming your way in 2020 but we know there is always more that can be done, get in touch with your suggestions and let us know what features and tools you want to see added and developed.

For now we'd like to say thank you to all our existing clients, and welcome to all our new clients...we are looking forward to another year of getting better!
