We are a husband and wife team who have been renting to students from Queen Mary’s for over 23 Years.
We are officially accredited by the Accommodation Office at the University and are also members of the National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA). We have established a reputation for providing high quality student accommodation at very reasonable rents.
We carry out all the maintenance work ourselves and pride ourselves on a quick and friendly service with one point of contact for all our tenants.

Due to the corona virus restrictions and out of respect to our existing tenants, during viewings we will be observing the two metre distancing rule and using facemasks at all times. If you do not have one, I can provide a new disposable one to any prospective tenants during the viewing.
As it’s unclear when the universities will re-open, we will take this into account within the tenancy agreement and so can be flexible regarding start dates. This house always lets out very quickly.
