This is a wonderful place to live in. It is a good size 1 bedroom apartment, one street away from Marylebone High Street, that has fabulous eateries, pubs, independent retailers and wonderful food stores, all less than a 5 minute walk from the front door.

5 mins or so walk in the opposite direction leads to the open, leafy surroundings of Regent’s Park and not too far from Primrose Hill. With Covid being upon everyone’s mind these days, this is an excellent place to be in Central London, wide open spaces and plenty of sports and recreational facilities, whilst still being able to socially distance where necessary.

The flat itself is a nice size. The space flows well with a nice living area, that has 2 sash windows providing a good amount of light, yet the flat remains pleasantly cool in the hotter weather.

The bedroom area is separated through a small open corridor, housing the bathroom mid-way through and the corridor opens to a spacious bedroom, with good ceiling heights, a separate study area and a walk in wardrobe. It is a welcoming area to spend time in.

Generally, when we have tenants or guests living in Nottingham Place they tend to very much enjoy their stay and also stay for a number of years. We look forward to welcoming the next person to the apartment. Having owned the apartment for almost 20 years, we know it well and take good care of it and our tenants.
