Management Team

Alexandra Morris - Managing Director
Having joined MakeUrMove in 2008 Alexandra has assisted in building the business and developing the service offered to Landlords and Tenants. Bringing a passion for excellent customer service and a desire to continually develop personally and professionally. This passion and desire is shared by the rest of the MakeUrMove Team and the ambition is to offer the best, most comprehensive service in the industry providing trusted expertise at every turn for all our users.
Charlotte Dowey - Head of Operations
Since joining MakeUrMove in 2013, Charlotte has developed a vested interest in the ongoing growth and success of the company. A previous background within customer service and hospitality roles combined with a degree within marketing and psychology has enabled her to bring excellent communication and organisational skills to the team. Charlotte strives to always look for fresh ideas to improve processes and efficiency. Charlotte is currently overseeing the management of all operations from the training and development of the team to continuous review of our products and services.

The Property Lettings Team

Dedicated to assisting both landlords and tenants with all of their property requirements and needs. The friendly property lettings team are always on hand to answer any questions you may have and can help you through the minefield of legalities involved with the process of finding property to rent and finding tenants for your property.
Iga Maciejewska - Property Manager
Iga has been a part of the team for over two years and has progressed into the Property Manager role after gaining the industry qualifications. She is highly organised and manages a large portfolio of properties working with contractors, landlords and tenants applying her 10 years customer service experience. Outside of work she enjoys family adventures and reading books.
Samantha Crossley - Lettings Account Manager
I have been working with MakeUrMove for over a year now, previously I worked in the Healthcare sector. My previous role has given me good interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. I love my Job here at MakeUrMove and I am happy to be part of a friendly happy team.  I have gained a lot of new knowledge in the past year and I am very passionate about the business and progressing in the future.
Amy Weston - Lettings Account Manager
I joined MakeUrMove almost a year ago now, and have been taught everything I know by my colleagues and managers. Before MakeUrMove, I was working in the entertainment industry. I like MakeUrMove because it brings new ideas to the table and has great potential. You bring your worries, I bring the banter. You bring the queries and I bring the answer!
Beth Irons - Lettings Account Manager
I have been working with MakeUrMove since November last year. My previous work experience is within hospitality which I believe lends itself well to this role as I have good communication skills and work well independently and within a team. I love working with the lettings team here at MakeUrMove and I am enthusiastic about the company’s future as a pioneering online agent.
